Shake Shack Middle East proudly announces the launch of its most anticipated limited time launch of the year, the expertly crafted White Truffle Menu. The new White Truffle Menu features a rich white truffle sauce made with truffle oil, a rich white truffle infused sauce can be found in their signature white truffle burgers this time. We were invited to try them and surely we couldn’t be happier. They have 3 unique burgers featuring the white truffle menu. Each burger felt thoughtfully crafted. The Shroom is the crowd-pleaser, the Chicken is the refined choice, and the Beef burger is pure indulgence. If you’re a truffle lover, you’ll be in heaven and also a good entry point for all those who are truffle ‘curious’.
Shake Shack Dubai Mall
Being at Dubai Mall, the restaurant is busy. Fortunately, the seats are quickly available as diners tend to finish their meal quickly here. You could either place your own order at the machines or have someone take your order at the counter. No waiting, everything is quick. Menu is visible in giant screens on their wall. You can help yourself with unlimited ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard sauce for your meal. I was really fascinated with their hand cleaning machine. It’s an interesting one if you’ve never tried one before.
White Truffle Burgers
White truffle shroom burger creation starts with Shake Shack’s iconic crisp fried portobello, stuffed to melty glory with cheese and white truffle sauce. It’s creamy and aromatic. There was loads of cheese oozing out of this burger. Paired with shredded lettuce and tucked into a warm, toasted potato bun, it hits a crunchy gooey savory note. The truffle flavor pairs beautifully with rich mushroom and molten cheese. An absolute must try, even if you’re not vegetarian. White truffle chicken burger had a juicy tender chicken breast elevated with white truffle sauce. The pickled shallots add a refreshing zing. The crispy shallots were crunchy, savory and the perfect contrast to the buttery truffle sauce. Shake Shack’s 100% Angus beef patty comes smothered in a white truffle infused sauce. Rich and satisfying. Personally, the Shake Shack beef burger is still my favourite. That soft potato bun, the juicy Angus beef patty, the perfect layer of cheese melting into every corner, it just hits differently. It’s flavorful without ever feeling greasy. The white truffle sauce given on the side was seriously addictive.
SHAKE SHACK ICE CREAM
For desserts we had their signature ice creams. These are homemade ice creams which is richer, denser, silkier but the interesting part is the cake crumbs laid on top of the ice cream found in the concrete.
